About orders

  • All In-Stocks Orders will be processed within 3 days after the order is placed.
  • Orders received over a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Customized products are pre-ordered products and cannot be cancelled after placing the order. If you are inconvenient to wait for the urgent item, it is recommended to carefully consider before placing the order
  • Once the order has been placed, it will not be able to cancel or merge the orders. Please confirm the order information carefully before making the payment
  • After the order is established, please complete the payment within 24 hours. If any customers do not paid the orders within 24 hours,  cancel arbitrarily, or require a return without reasons multiple times, their transaction will be restricted.
 

Custom Portrait

  • Regarding to custom portraits, the portraits will be completed within 7-9 days,  printed and sent within 3-4 weeks. As the printing quality of the acrylic portraits must be guaranteed, our shop does not accept urgent items. Please note.
  • Customized goods will be ordered and paid in accordance with the normal process. I will contact you after the order is placed. Please be sure to leave your Email/Whatapp/Instagram/Facebook or any other contact information when making the payment.

  • If your order includes in-stock products and custom-made products, we will send them out together after the custom-made products are ready to be shipped. If your order is urgent, and you would like me to ship your in-stocks products first.  Please contact us for details.
 

Returns and exchanges

  •  All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with things missing, please contact me so we can sort out a solution.
  •  Before shipping the product I will thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery also pride ourselves in our product quality. However, in the unlikely case that your item is faulty, I will gladly send you a replacement up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Simply email me at lineability1111@gmail.com and include photographs showing the damage or incorrect item and the packaging it arrived in. Products that are returned should be in new, unwashed condition with tags attached.
  • If your order is returned to me cause of wrong addressing I will get in contact with you about possibly re sending it.
  • Please double check your delivery address before placing your order and get in contact with me within 24 hours of ordering if you realize there is a mistake. I will not resend or refund orders lost or returned due to wrong address.
 

Shipping and Weighting

Transportation fee will be charged at the time of order payment
  • Orders within Hong Kong | Package are delivered by SF Express, regardless of the number of goods, HKD30 will be charged for shipping. Free shipping on orders over HKD600
  • Oversea Shipping | Commodities are delivered by SF Express and are charged by weighing. Overseas delivery  are available in Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia
  • For domestic and overseas orders, please confirm whether the information is filled in correctly ：
    • Name of Package Receiver 
    • Address of Package Receiver 
    • Phone number of Package Receiver 
    • Email address of Package Receiver 
    • Some areas will be required to provide relevant identification information due to customs requirements, please pay attention
  • If the delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect receiver information, the buyer will have to bear the cost of re-delivery


 

Packaging 

Nowadays we generate commercial waste every minute and every second. Therefore all the packages in my shop are packed with recyclable or reuse materials. I hope you and I can implement plastic-free, environmental friendly packaging together.
