Delivery
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As a one-person business, I send packages as quickly as possible when not focused on illustration projects.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Contact me if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping
You’ll receive a notification once your order has been sent.
All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me so we can find a solution.
If a package is returned to me, I’ll get in touch about the possibility of resending it.
Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. Contact me within 24 hours if you notice a mistake. Orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address cannot be resent or refunded.
I am not responsible for carrier errors such as delays or lost packages.
Non-tracking envelopes do not include a tracking number , please consider carefully before choosing this option. A photo of the package will be emailed to you upon delivery.
